The Japan Socionics Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) establishes the following privacy policy and promotes the protection of personal information.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" means information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Article 2 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

The Association collects and uses personal information within the necessary scope for the following purposes.

Article 3 (Management and Protection of Personal Information)

The Association strives to properly manage personal information and prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, etc. Personal information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases.

Article 4 (Management of Contractors)

The Association enters into confidentiality agreements with contractors and properly supervises them.

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested by the individual, the Association will respond promptly within a reasonable scope. However, disclosure may be partially or entirely withheld in the following cases.

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion)

If there is incorrect information, the Association will promptly correct or delete it after verifying the identity of the individual.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use, etc.)

When requested by the individual to suspend or delete due to unauthorized acquisition or use beyond the intended purpose, the Association will investigate and take necessary measures.

Article 8 (Changes to this Policy)

This policy may be revised as necessary. Revised versions will be published on the website and take effect immediately.

Article 9 (Compliance with Laws)

The Association complies with Japanese laws and regulations related to personal information.

Article 10 (Complaints and Inquiries)

The Association will respond appropriately and promptly to complaints, inquiries, requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.
